Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Twin Legacy Solutions' services, including our AI-powered pipeline automation, leadership development programs, and consulting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Twin Legacy Solutions provides:

• AI strategy consulting and implementation services
• Leadership development and training programs
• AI-powered lead generation and pipeline automation
• Custom AI tools and proprietary solutions
• Executive coaching and consulting services

Services are provided on a consulting and subscription basis as outlined in individual service agreements or proposals.

3. Service Guarantee

For our AI-powered pipeline services, we offer a 90-day performance guarantee. If we do not deliver at least 30 qualified sales meetings within the first 90 days of active engagement, we will continue working at no additional cost until this milestone is achieved. This guarantee is subject to:

• Client provides timely responses and necessary materials
• Client participates in strategy sessions and implementations as scheduled
• Target audience and messaging are mutually agreed upon
• Client maintains active engagement with generated leads

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information about their business, goals, and target market
• Participate in discovery calls, strategy sessions, and implementation meetings
• Review and approve messaging, campaigns, and AI implementations in a timely manner
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary tools and methodologies shared
• Not resell or redistribute Twin Legacy Solutions' proprietary AI tools or systems

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

• Consulting services require payment as outlined in proposals or statements of work
• Subscription services are billed monthly or annually as selected
• Late payments may result in service suspension after 15 days
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and subject to our guarantee terms

6. Intellectual Property

All proprietary AI tools, methodologies, frameworks, and content created by Twin Legacy Solutions remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a limited license to use these tools solely for their internal business purposes during the term of engagement. Custom implementations and strategies developed specifically for a client become joint property, with Twin Legacy Solutions retaining the right to use generalized versions for other clients.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information, proprietary data, and strategic plans shared during the course of engagement. This obligation continues for 2 years following termination of services.

8. Limitation of Liability

Twin Legacy Solutions provides consulting and strategic advisory services. While we strive for optimal results, business outcomes depend on numerous factors beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Clients remain responsible for payment of services rendered through the termination date. Our 90-day guarantee only applies to clients who complete the full guarantee period without early termination.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes via email. Continued use of services after notification constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
